Delta / South Terminal Curbside:
Curbside pickups are done at door LS2 down at the SOUTH side lower level (RED signs.) There are escalators / elevators near the Georgia Lottery Booth between baggage claim carousels 4 & 5 that lead down to the lower level. Please reply to your chauffeur’s text message once you retrieve your luggage and are on your way down.
North Terminal Curbside:
Curbside pickups are done at either doors LN1 or LN2 down at the NORTH side lower level (BLUE signs.) There are escalators / elevators near the Georgia Lottery Booth between baggage claim carousels 4 & 5 that lead down to the lower level. Please reply to your chauffeur’s text message once you retrieve your luggage and are on your way down.
International Terminal Curbside:
Please reply to your chauffeur’s text message once you make it through customs and are exiting the International Terminal. Your car will meet you at the A1 passenger pickup area.
Meet & Greet:
Your chauffeur will be standing in the designated Limousine Chauffeur Waiting Area holding a sign.
If contact has not been made with your chauffeur, please call (678) 723-5466 once you have claimed your luggage.
All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
– Cancellations for airport transfers must be made at least 4 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time.
– Cancellations for point-to-point and hourly reservations must be made 72 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time.
– Change requests made 2 hours or less prior to the scheduled pickup time are subject to approval.
